Direct Gulf front corner unit condo with spectacular views from the living room, master bedroom, and private balcony. The living room has cable TV with a DVD player and sliding glass door to the Gulf-front balcony. The master bedroom has a King size bed, ceiling fan, cable TV and also has a slider to the Gulf-front balcony. The ensuite master bathroom has a step-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has both a Queen and Double bed, TV and a ceiling fan. The 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin beds and TV. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the comforts of home. No need to overpack, there is a full-size Washer and Dryer right in the condo. FREE secure WiFi and FREE long distance to U.S. and Canada. The community provides a beachside Heated Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, FREE WiFi at pool area and community recreation room. The community room has the pool bathrooms, ping-pong table, foosball table and a reading area with a lending library. There are also both gas and charcoal grills available to use on the condo grounds. Ask your rental manager about FREE weekday bicycle use and FREE unlimited DVD movies.

Was originally looking to be in Clearwater Beach�SO glad we found this condo instead. Perfect beach access, awesome pool and Caddy�s across the street for happy hour. Rental agency was easy to deal with. We would definitely return.

The property was fine for our needs. We love this location and the access to stores, movies, and restaurants. The pool is so nice and well maintained. Evening sunsets are spectacular. We personally appreciated the storm door on this property. We could get a beautiful breeze with opening the larger door. It is also very quiet at night.

The Sandcastle 1 Property is very well kept and the grounds/pool/hot tub etc. are all in very good order. The unit 408 that we had booked was just as expected and just as shown in the pictures from the Plumlee website. It is totally updated and very well appointed. Everything we needed was there. We really enjoyed our stay at this Condo and the Plumlee staff made our check-in a breeze.

Sandcastle I is the best location and best place we've found to stay in the area and we have been visiting for 20 years. We will always return here! This was our 3rd visit. Unit 408 was also very nice!

We were very pleased with #408. Super location and the owners have gone to such trouble to make things as nice as they can for their guests. We have already booked for the month of February 2014 and expect that will continue on into the future for some years. We really couldn't ask for more.

The family who owns the condo left a message to sign a guest book. However, we were unable to find one. We would like them to know we enjoyed their "home". It was very well equipped and furnished. We found the recently installed shower in the master bedroom an asset to the condo. It was family friendly and wished our young grandchildren(with their parents) had a chance to visit during our stay.
